Infra Coordinator

My responsibilities:

• Acting as the main coordination point between business stakeholders, infrastructure teams and solution experts during the infrastructure design process 

• Understanding business needs and translating them into clear IT requirements to support effective infrastructure planning 

• Facilitating workshops and alignment meetings with internal customers, technical teams and international subject-matter experts 

• Coordinating the planning of infrastructure requirements, dependencies, timelines and next steps with all relevant stakeholders 

• Ensuring transparent communication, structured documentation and a smooth handover from requirement clarification to solution design and implementation planning 

The knowledge I own:

• Strong English skills are required, as day-to-day work will mainly be conducted in English, including meetings, documentation and stakeholder communication; German knowledge is an advantage

• Experience in stakeholder management, business relationship management, IT coordination or a comparable interface role in an enterprise environment

• Good understanding of infrastructure-related topics such as workplace, network, identity, compute, storage, cloud or hybrid environments

• Ability to understand business requirements, ask the right questions and translate needs into structured input for technical teams

• Strong communication, facilitation and persuasion skills, combined with intercultural awareness and a collaborative mindset

• Structured way of working, ownership mindset and the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders, dependencies and priorities in parallel
