Identity & Access Management Engineer

Your responsibilities:

• Maintaining, servicing and further developing the Active Directory related IAM solution
• Analysis, classification and solving system failures and performance shortages
• Handling incidents, requests and changes
• Improving processes (documentation, automation)
• Providing input for international IT projects 

The knowledge I own:

• Solid knowledge of Windows Server systems
• Strong experience in Active Directory support and operation
• Knowledge in program languages like PowerShell, VBScript and SQL
• Completed or ongoing education in the field of IT
• Well-organized, have strong communication skills, customer-oriented attitude
• Can work in a multi-shift operation, Monday to Friday between 6 am - 10.30 pm and provide on-call duty 7x24
• Strong English skills, German knowledge is an advantage
• Strong understanding of Identity and Access Management topics covering: identity management, RBAC, SSO, MFA. OAUTH, SAML is an advantage
• Solid experience in Active Directory Domain Sevices / Federation Services both in support and operation
