IT Trainee

Your responsibilities:

• Perform reporting tasks in the ServiceNow (SNOW) system
• Follow up on on-hold tickets to ensure timely progress
• Manage access for team members, including ticket assignments
• Support troubleshooting and basic issue resolution for SNOW tickets
• Prepare the daily schedule and ensure smooth day-to-day coordination
• Organize meetings and trainings
• Collect KPI data from the Tableau system
• Handle daily administration for Incontact reports
• Support tasks using Power Automate
• Create and compile PowerPoint presentations
• Working at least 20 hour/week 

The knowledge I own:

• Intermediate or higher English written and oral language skills (German language skills is an advantage) 
• Strong accuracy and precision
• Ability to work with routine/monotonous tasks without losing focus
• High quality standards and care about your own work
• Basic computer skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365, especially PowerPoint and Excel
• Ability to work independently
