My responsibilities:
- Ensuring the seamless operation of the office
- Coordination of procurements and administrative tasks
- Smooth reception and support of guests and new joiners
- Administration and management of corporate assets and document workflows
- Coordination of facility management and building operation projects, including contract‑related administrative duties
- Organizational tasks
The knowledge I own:
- Having basic IT skills is a must
- On-going University studies in the field of IT, Engineering or Business Studies
- Excellent organisational skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English, German knowledge is an advantage
