My responsibilities:

  • Draft, review, and finalize contracts for goods procurement
  • Ensure compliance with contractual terms and conditions
  • Manage ongoing contract administration and updates
  • Validate the accuracy and completeness of incoming and outgoing information
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity and compliance with regulations
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date product master data in relevant systems. 
  • Coordinate with internal and international teams to ensure consistency and accuracy 
  • Oversee the collection, analysis, and reporting of quality-related data
  • Implement processes to maintain and improve product quality standards
  • Prepare and maintain documentation for internal processes and procedures
  • Utilize SAP management software to streamline and optimize procurement support processes
  • Collaborate closely with the Buying team to ensure alignment on master data maintenance and procurement support processes
  • Communicate effectively with internal purchasing teams in English, providing support and assistance as needed
  • Assist in organizing meetings, coordinating schedules, and managing administrative tasks
  • Provide support to the Buying Business Services department as required

The knowledge I own:

  • Graduation - Experiences in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is an advantage
  • Fluent in English with strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to create and manipulate complex spreadsheets
  • Familiarity with SAP systems is preferred
  • Knowledge of macros and data analysis techniques is advantageous
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset
