Administrative Assistant Intern

My responsibilities:
- Help with the administrative tasks of the Team Leaders and Manager
- Collecting data and creating reports from various systems
- Organizing the internal events of the department
- Organizing the office days and developing further the office day agenda
- Write and publish blog posts to the organization about the news and updates of the department
- Preparing presentations, collecting data and adding content
The knowledge I own:
- On-going University studies
- Strong English skills
- Strong communication skills
- Proactivity
- Creativity
- Well-organized, responsible, team player but able to work alone if needed
Desirable extra:
- Experience in writing blog posts and organizing events
- Experience working in a multinational environment
