ServiceNow Administrator/Low-code Developer

My responsibilities

  • Providing 2nd level support to internal and external colleagues from all around the world
  • Gathering requirements from customers
  • Master Data & User Management
  • Source code management
  • Performing Root Cause Analysis and developing appropriate Solution Concepts that fit into the existing system architecture
  • Implementing changes and fixes 
  • Manual testing the implementations of peers
  • Dispatching higher complexity issues to the appropriate, 3rd level teams
  • Deploying releases to all our instances 

The knowledge I own

  • Studies or training with a focus on information technology
  • Some experience with JavaScript
  • Experience with ServiceNow basic functionality (ITSM, ITBM, Custom Apps, Mobile App, Performance Analytics, Portal)
  • Experience with ServiceNow reporting (data model, dashboards, Performance Analytics)
  • Excellent communication and analytical thinking skills
  • Very good knowledge of English
  • Experience in ServiceNow development (client/server side scripting, Flow Designer) is an advantage
  • Knowledge of CSS, HTML, AngularJS is an advantage
  • Experience in agile software development and design is an advantage
  • Service Desk Agent experience is an advantage
