Buying - Service Desk Analyst ENG

Your responsibilities:

• supporting external Suppliers of ALDI, answering questions related to supplier processes by phone and written
• full support of our internal buyer colleagues with procurement-related questions and IT errors
• processing of requests and incidents in our internal ticket management system
• analysis and resolution of upcoming complex IT cases with the available authorizations
• permanent contact with specialized IT solution teams
• expansion of the existing knowledge base, continuous professional trainings
• close cooperation with Aldi’s peers

Your profile:

• confident intermediate English language skills (German/Italian/Slovenian language skills are an advantage) 
• an advantage, but not a requirement: experience in supporting external suppliers, tenders and background systems (SAP Ariba, P360, SAP)
• willingness to work in a multi-shift work schedule for 5/24 support  
• at least secondary education
• eager to learn and adapt new IT solutions
• customer focus, strong communication skills
• resonsible work
• team spirit
