My responsibilities:

  • Process Governance & Standards: Apply, maintain, and continuously improve modelling standards, including notation, naming conventions, versioning, and design principles. Support process governance by ensuring that models meet internal quality requirements and maintain the process library structure and lifecycle, including creation, review, approval, publication, and retirement. 
  • Incidents & ticketing: Triage and resolve standard issues, address known configuration-related topics, and coordinate escalations for system bugs and feature requests as needed.
  • Signavio admin: Manage workflow and approval operations, support the handling of feature requests and defects, and maintain system runbooks and known-issue documentation to ensure stable and efficient platform operations.
  • User management: Manage user access, roles, and group assignments in line with the approved governance model and access control principles.
  • Training & stakeholder support: Deliver Signavio training and coaching to process SPOCs, and provide ongoing support to stakeholders and the International Product Organisation (IPO) to enable effective process documentation and execution across teams.
  • Process review/refinement & quality gate: Conduct process conformance and quality checks, including completeness, naming, structure, and modelling consistency, and provide clear, actionable feedback to support continuous improvement.
  • Reports: Create, maintain, and continuously enhance recurring governance and operational reporting. 

The knowledge I own:

  • Hands-on experience with Signavio, including process model reviews and a solid understanding of governance workflows

  • Strong service mindset with practical experience in ticketing and incident management tools, such as Jira Service Management or ServiceNow

  • Strong troubleshooting skills for workflow and system-related issues, with the ability to assess, resolve, or escalate matters appropriately

  • Deep understanding of Business Process Management (BPM) principles and expert-level knowledge of BPMN 2.0

  • Proven experience in process modelling and documentation, including BPM, SOPs, and workflow-based documentation

  • Demonstrated ability to review and improve existing process models and documentation to ensure consistency, clarity, and quality
