Directory and Certificate Management Engineer

Your responsibilities:

• Administer, maintain, and support Microsoft Active Directory services
• Manage users, groups, organizational units, and Group Policy Objects
• Monitor Directory services for health, performance, and security
• Manage the lifecycle of digital certificates in the PKI environment
• Maintain Certificate Authorities, certificate templates, and related PKI components
• Support certificate service integrations with applications, systems, and devices
• Contribute to upgrades, migrations, changes, and continuous service improvement
• Maintain accurate documentation and collaborate with IT teams on incidents and projects
• Willingness to work on-call

The knowledge I own:

Must-haves:

• Solid expertise in Directory services and certificate management infrastructure
• Strong understanding of operational stability, security policies, and compliance

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Active Directory administration
• Knowledge of Microsoft PKI, certificate lifecycle management, and CA operations
• Experience with incident handling, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis
• Ability to work with documentation, change management, and cross-team collaboration

Nice to haves:

• Experience in vulnerability management, risk assessments, and infrastructure integrations
• Proactive mindset with a focus on service quality and continuous improvement
