Performance & Controlling Consultant

My responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain business cases, including data collection, validation, and reconciliation
• Analyse cost drivers, cost centers, and financial performance to support decision-making
• Support commercial evaluations and vendor-related financial analysis
• Prepare management reports and presentations for stakeholders (e.g. cost, FTE, benefits tracking)
• Maintain and improve reporting tools (FTE trackers, financial models, templates)
• Support forecasting, budgeting, and financial tracking activities
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reporting structures
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to gather required inputs
• Contribute to continuous improvement of reporting and controlling processes

The knowledge I own

• 2–4 years of experience in FP&A, controlling, or finance roles
• Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field
• Strong experience in preparing management reports and analysing financial performance
• Hands-on experience working with cost centers, budgeting, or forecasting processes
• Advanced Excel skills and strong ability to work with structured data
• Ability to work independently with limited guidance and manage multiple tasks
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
• Experience in working with cross-functional and international teams
• Strong communication skills, able to translate data into clear insights
• Excellent English required; German is a strong advantage
