Project Management Expert

My responsibilities

• Work as a Project Management Expert within the shared service organization team as part of the Implementation function, supporting the further development of the service delivery setup and driving significant value creation
• Support the implementation of new shared service opportunities across multiple service areas, enabling innovation and efficiency
• Provide project management support for the rollout of new shared service opportunities
• Manage risks and issues, and develop mitigation strategies related to implementation projects
• Create compelling presentations for international management discussions, and provide project updates and status reports to various stakeholders

The knowledge I own

• Completed studies in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of work experience in business services, project management, or IT - preferably in an international consultancy environment 
• Specialized experience in project and risk management, including the development of mitigation plans
• Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and able to work independently with a high degree of initiative
• Strong analytical skills and a high attention to detail as a matter of course
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a multinational and cross-functional environment
• Fluent in English, proficiency in German is an advantage
• Willingness to travel internationally (approximately 3 weeks per year) and comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
