Junior Operational Test Manager

Your responsibilities:

• Supporting the coordination of test activities for assigned projects and demands​
• Tracking and monitoring test execution, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards​
• Reviewing defects for quality and completeness​
• Participating in daily test status meetings and contributing to test progress tracking and reporting​
• Supporting test reporting by collecting, consolidating and validating test execution figures ​
• Coordinating with product teams, external service providers and country test managers to ensure aligned scope and priorities​
• Participating in Agile ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives)​
• Contributing to the testing community by sharing learnings and supporting knowledge documentation

The knowledge I own:

Must-haves:​

• Good communication skills and willingness to work in international, distributed teams​
• First experience with test management tools (e.g. ALM, Jira/Xray or comparable) is a plus​
• Good command of written and spoken English

Nice-to-haves:​

• ISTQB Foundation Level certification​
• Initial experience with Agile/Scrum working methods​
• First exposure to ERP systems or business process testing​
• ITIL v4 Foundation awareness: basic understanding of Incident and Change Management concepts
