Your responsibilities:
- Planning and coordinating test preparation and execution activities for assigned projects and demands across multiple release types (Enterprise Releases, Agile Releases)
- Defining test concepts and test plans that serve as the basis for test case creation and SIT execution
- Steering and monitoring test deliverables — ensuring test case quality, test data adequacy, execution coverage and adherence to timelines
- Providing transparent, fact-based test status reports to project leads and release managers
- Monitoring test KPIs and SLAs such as execution progress, pass/fail rates and entry/exit criteria compliance
- Facilitating defect triage meetings for assigned streams to drive timely resolution
- Identifying improvement opportunities in testing processes and contributing to their implementation
The knowledge I own:
Must-haves:
- Strong coordination and communication skills to liaise across multiple stakeholders, teams and service providers
- Solid experience with test management tools (e.g. ALM, Jira/Xray or comparable)
- Experience with reporting and dashboard tools (e.g. Tableau or comparable)
- Good command of written and spoken English
Nice-to-haves:
- ISTQB Foundation Level certification (or higher)
- Experience with ITSM tools (e.g. ServiceNow)
- Experience with ERP environments or end-to-end business process testing
- Experience steering external test service providers
- ITIL v4 practitioner: Change Enablement, Release Management processes
- SAFe awareness: PI Planning, Agile Release Trains, cross-team synchronisation
