EMPLOYMENT TYPE

Full-time

Your responsibilities:

  • Owning and administering the testing tool landscape
  • Managing user access, roles and permissions across all testing tools — supporting the different needs of test managers, defect managers, the Test Factory and business testers
  • Ensuring reliable tool integrations between test management, ITSM, CI/CD, test automation, business process modelling and reporting platforms
  • Designing and enforcing standardised workflows, field configurations and reporting templates across projects and releases
  • Evaluating and piloting new testing tools — leading RFP processes, vendor demos and proof-of-concept execution
  • Providing L2/L3 technical support and acting as the escalation point for complex tool-related issues
  • Managing tool licences, vendor relationships and total cost of ownership analysis
  • Driving tool landscape optimisation
  • Maintaining processes for test management and defect management within the tools, aligned with the enterprise test framework
  • Collaborating with infrastructure teams for server maintenance, upgrades and environment provisioning
  • Driving tool-related improvements through the continuous improvement process

The knowledge I own:

  • 5+ years of experience in tool administration, application management or DevOps engineering
  • Strong technical skills — ability to architect, integrate and troubleshoot enterprise tool landscapes
  • Experience with application lifecycle management tools (e.g. ALM, Jira, Xray, qTest or Azure DevOps)
  • Solid understanding of integration architecture (APIs, webhooks, ETL, middleware)
  • Proven experience with vendor and licence management
  • Good command of written and spoken English

Nice-to-have:

  • Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g. GitLab, Jenkins) and test automation frameworks (e.g. TOSCA, Selenium)
  • Familiarity with ITSM platforms (e.g. ServiceNow)
  • Experience with BI/reporting tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI)
  • ITIL v4 Managing Professional
  • Agile at scale / SAFe awareness
  • DevOps / CI-CD expertise

The offer that would convince me:

  • In our international team you can work with our colleagues from all over the world
  • We develop our own product and focus on high-quality, stable solutions
  • We are committed to build up teams where trust and honest communication are essentials to our daily work
  • Regular salary increase, we follow the inflation and reward loyalty
  • Continuous learning opportunities though our own e-learning platform and internal teams
  • Flexible working hours with home office possibility
