Your responsibilities:
- Provide end-to-end process and data ownership for the release workflow in the ServiceNow ecosystem, focusing on the DPR module
- Ensure that release process steps, statuses, identifiers, and transitions are correctly represented and governed in the DPR context
- Validate data flows and data consistency between release planning sources and ServiceNow DPR reporting (IDs/statuses/events)
- Maintain and improve release steering dashboards/reports so stakeholders receive accurate, timely, and decision-ready information
- Own and coordinate updates to process rules/workflows to close gaps (e.g., missing fields, inconsistent statuses, unclear handover definitions)
The knowledge I own:
Must-haves:
- Experience in Release/Change process modeling within ServiceNow (process statuses, data fields, handovers)
- Strong understanding of data flows & data consistency (release status/IDs/events → DPR/reporting)
- Ability to validate and keep reporting dashboards/views accurate and current
- Ownership of process rules/workflows in the DPR context (governance-compliant)
- Strong collaboration with Release Manager / Cutover Leads on required data and handover points
- Tools: ServiceNow ITSM&DPR/JIRA/Confluence/MS Project
Nice-to-haves:
- Knowledge of automation to support process workflows (status/reporting workflows in ServiceNow/JIRA/Confluence)
- Experience/interest in GenAI-assisted standardization for status/process documentation under compliance
