IT Engineer - Desktop Management

My responsibilities:

• Planning and development of automated Windows operating system installations   
• Supporting the selection of new client hardware (e.g. notebooks, convertibles, thin clients)   
• Being a contact person for Windows 11 support requests as a 3rd level IT Engineer   
• Supporting client migrations in an international environment   
• Supporting Full Disk- and File Encryption solutions  
• Create/update knowledge base articles for 1st and 2nd level 

The knowledge I own:

• Strong English skill is a must as you will conduct your day-to-day work mostly in English (meetings, documentation etc.), German knowledge is an advantage, but not a deciding factor   
• Solid knowledge of client hardware and administration of Windows 11 in enterprise environment   
• Strong knowledge of PowerShell scripting   
• Well-organized, have strong communication skills, customer-oriented attitude   
• Can work in a multi-shift operation (Monday to Friday, 07:00 AM - 22:00 PM)
