End User Solutions Platform - Citrix Engineer

My responsibilities:

• Planning, development and maintenance of a Microsoft Azure hosted Citrix environment with Windows clients  
• Monitor system health and performance, and proactively address risks (capacity management, performance tuning, log analysis) 
• Implement and maintain security baselines and best practices 
• Being a contact for support requests as a 3rd level IT Engineer   
• Supporting IT projects in an international environment   
• Create/update knowledge base articles for 1st and 2nd level  
• Continuously improve operations through automation and standardization where applicable 

The knowledge I own:

• Strong English skill is a must as you will conduct your day-to-day work mostly in English (meetings, documentation etc.), German knowledge is an advantage, but not a deciding factor   
• Solid knowledge of Windows 11 administration in an enterprise environment   
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Azure and Citrix 
• Strong knowledge of PowerShell scripting   
• Well-organized, have strong communication skills, customer-oriented attitude   
• Can work in a multi-shift operation (Monday to Friday, 07:00 AM - 22:00 PM)
