C# Developer - User Lifecycle & IAM Automation 1

My responsibilities:

• Bring your best to the job: analyze and implement requirements in the area of User Lifecycle Management to ensure efficient day-to-day processes
• Develop and design IAM automation solutions for user and access/rights management, working closely with internal specialist teams and external partners 
• Enhance our User Lifecycle solution using C# to improve functionality and usability
• Document requirements and the solutions you build—clear, structured, and ready for others to use
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals and continuously improve effectiveness

The knowledge I own:

• Experience implementing and administering User Lifecycle processes
• Strong knowledge of C# and PowerShell
• Experience with Active Directory, especially analyzing AD data and the attribute structure
• Knowledge of developing REST APIs
• Confident handling of SQL and database management systems
• Excellent Excel skills for data analysis and reporting
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Nice to have: experience with Identity Management Systems, e.g. EmpowerID, SailPoint, or OneIdentity
