IT Crisis Management Expert

You help build and continuously improve the global IT crisis management framework for the ALDI Süd Group. You develop an organization-wide concept (including policy), strengthen the crisis and emergency organization, and ensure readiness through regular crisis exercises with stakeholders worldwide.

My responsibilities:

• Implement and continuously enhance the global IT crisis management framework for the ALDI Süd Group
• Develop and further refine an organization-wide IT crisis management concept, including policy
• Strengthen the IT crisis and emergency organization
• Plan, deliver, and follow up on IT crisis exercises (e.g., tabletop exercises)
• Support stakeholders in creating IT emergency plans and validate them through emergency exercise execution
• Maintain close coordination with local crisis teams around the world
• Advise and support operational specialist departments

The knowledge I own:

• Degree completed (ideally with focus on CM, BCM = Business Continuity Management, and/or risk management), or equivalent professional experience
• Professional experience in crisis and business continuity management
• Experience as part of a crisis team is an advantage
• Knowledge of relevant standards, such as ISO 22301 and BSI-200-4 (BSI = German Federal Office for Information Security)
• Strong team spirit and excellent communication skills
• A positive, flexible mindset (and enjoyment of finding new ways)
• Very good English and German skills

• Certifications aligned with ISO 22301 or similar
