UX/UI Designer

My responsibilities:

• Translate user requirements into UI concepts based on web technologies
• Create UX/UI concepts and designs for a web application with a focus on a Java backend and Angular frontend using PrimeNG components
• Ensure compliance with UX/UI quality standards and guidelines, actively contributing to their development and updates
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify optimization opportunities for existing UI concepts
• Consult on UX-related projects and initiatives within the organization
• Act as an interface between end users and the design/development teams

The knowledge I own:

• Proven experience in applying UX/UI design methods and principles in an agile environment
• Experience in low and high-fidelity prototyping using design tools, particularly Figma
• Familiarity with user usability testing and design systems
• A minimum of three years of relevant professional work experience
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex ideas clearly
• Service-oriented mindset with a quick grasp and analytical approach
• Eagerness to learn and share new knowledge with others
• Fluency in English
  
  Desirable Skills:
• Experience with frontend technologies, particularly Angular and PrimeNG components
• Familiarity with building and maintaining design systems
