Scrum Master&Delivery Lead

Your responsibilities:

• Act as Delivery Lead for an RPA and automation team (UiPath, n8n, agentic solutions), ensuring that high‑value automation outcomes are identified, built, and delivered reliably to the customer.
• Coordinate and overview of the delivery of the development team’s efforts
• Coordination of day-to-day service delivery to ensure customer requests are delivered on time
• Communication with English speaking project stakeholders on customer side
• Engage stakeholder effectively, delivering presentation and reports to communicate progress and insights
• Responsible for the management of the Sprint Backlog on behalf of the Scrum Team and communication with the Product Owner, stakeholders
• Tracking project processes, deliverables
• Monitor performance and optimise delivery processes using data-driven insights and helping teams to make improvements
• Preparing and presenting status reports to stakeholders
• Tailoring Agile methodologies to iteratively plan, manage, and deliver solutions that prioritize early value realization and continuous business impact
• Coaching and empowering Scrum teams to pragmatically apply Agile principles, focusing on incremental wins and tangible results over rigid procedural adherence
• Determining and managing tasks, issues, risks, and action items
• Scheduling and facilitating scrum events, meetings, and decision-making processes
• Ensuring the proper use of collaborative processes and removing impediments for the scrum team

The knowledge I own:

• 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master / Delivery Lead / Project Manager
• Experience working on 3+ software development projects
• Fluency in English is essential for the job
• Acting as a servant leader
• Leadership and management experience
• Excellent people and project management skills
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of software development process (Software Development lifecycle)
• Understanding of agentic systems and agentic process automation solutions
• Making sure that different perspectives are heard and valued
• Working knowledge of agile methodology, techniques, and frameworks, such as Scrum or Kanban, to deliver solutions
• Scrum master, SAFe certification is an advantage
• University degree in computer science, information technology or a relevant field are preferred
