Business Analyst

My responsibilities:

As a Business Analyst, you will be the key link between the business and the reporting team. You will understand and address reporting requirements, analyse data to identify improvement opportunities, and present your insights effectively to support decision-making

• Understand and address reporting requirements from the business
• Analyse available data to identify potential areas for improvement
• Present and visualize conclusions clearly and effectively
• Serve as the single point of contact between the business and the reporting team
• Continuously work on defining and refining KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)

The knowledge I own:

• Strong English communication skills
• Excellent soft skills, with a problem-solving attitude and analytical mindset
• Practical experience with M365 tools (Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive)
• Advanced Excel knowledge, including data analysis features
• Strong proficiency with Python data analysis libraries AND/OR MS SQL data manipulation, including querying and implementing CRUD operations
• Intermediate skills in data visualization using PowerPoint and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI)
• Basic to advanced knowledge of the ServiceNow reporting platform
• Understanding of IT Service Desk operations (ITIL knowledge is a plus)
• Experience with ticketing tools such as ServiceNow, Salesforce, and HP Service Manager
