AI Empowered Frontend Developer Trainee

Your responsibilities:

• Join our global Agile team and help shape the next generation of our frontend applications
• Explore and effectively use modern AI-assisted developer tools (e.g. GitHub Copilot, Junie, Claude Code, ChatGPT or similar) to speed up development, documentation, and problem‑solving, with guidance from the team
• Support the planning and implementation of new customer-facing features under the guidance of experienced developers
• Contribute to writing clean, maintainable code and learn industry best practices from the team
• Take part in technical discussions and learn how we make architectural and tooling decisions
• Actively participate in our regular Scrum ceremonies and collaborate with stakeholders from other teams

The knowledge I own:

• Basic knowledge of modern JavaScript/TypeScript and at least one frontend framework (e.g. Vue.js, React, or similar)
• Familiarity with modern CSS (e.g. Flexbox, Grid, SASS/SCSS)
• Initial experience or strong interest in testing (e.g. Jest, Vitest) and understanding why tests matter
• Willingness to learn from code reviews, pair/mob programming, and feedback from more experienced team members
• Confident communication in English and openness to working in an international team
• Naturally curious, eager to learn, and motivated to keep up with the fast-changing tech landscape
  
  Nice to have / bonus points:
• Knowledge and experience with modern AI developer tools (e.g. GitHub Copilot, Junie, Claude Code) or AI assistants like ChatGPT and similar tools
• First exposure to any of the following is a plus, but not required:
• Docker, CI/CD pipelines
• PHP, Node.js, Nuxt, or other frontend tooling
• eCommerce or digital product development
