IT Engineer - Penetration Tester

My responsibilities:

• Assessing ALDI’s infrastructure, applications and online footprint within scope of a project
• Communicating and reporting the results of an assessment towards stakeholders in a standardized format
• Providing guidance and recommendations to remediate various security related issues
• Explaining technical background or mitigation actions on demand
• Continuous improvement (including personal skill and process related improvement)
• Supporting both Software Security Assessment and Risk Management processes

The knowledge I own:

• Knowledge of Multiple operating systems
• Hands on, practical knowledge of penetration testing (techniques, tools...etc.)
• Solid knowledge of OWASP Top 10
• Strong communication skills for reporting processes and communicating with stakeholders, service owners
• Hands on knowledge with at least Bash
• Ability to work independently and prioritize your work
• Hands on experience with at least one of the ITSM tools
