ServiceNow Tester

My responsibilities: 

• Creates defects in defect management tool and supports defect resolution
• Supports Process Owner in writing UATs and Regression Tests 
• Supports Process Owner in defining acceptance criteria for stories 
• Supports Process Owner in creating defects  
• Writes System Integration tests to secure, new functions are fitting in the process  
• Writing System- and Smoke tests for quick System checks  
• Organizing Known errors and knowledge articles 
• Creating and organizing Test data  
• Builds and maintains automated test cases with ATF in ServiceNow 

The knowledge I own: 

• Studies or training with a focus on information technology 
• Experience with ServiceNow basic functionality (ITSM, ITBM, Custom Apps, Mobile App, Performance Analytics, Portal) 
• Experience with ServiceNow reporting (data model, dashboards, Performance Analytics) 
• Experience in ServiceNow development (client/server side scripting, Flow Designer) is an advantage 
• Experience in software testing (ISTQB Foundation certified) is a nice to have 
• Experience in software development is an advantage 
• Very good knowledge of English 
• Excellent communication and analytical thinking skills
