Authorization Management L2 Specialist

My responsibilities:

• Providing 2nd level support regarding SAP user authorization requests and incidents 

• Analysis, classification and solving system failures via incidents  

• Assist end users in permission requests, creation of business and application roles   

• Improving processes by updating the existing documentation, potentially contributing in advancement of current automations 

• Cooperate with national and international IT departments, active collaboration with 3rd level team 

The knowledge I own:

• Completed/ongoing education, or related experience in the field of IT 
• Strong English skills
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Experience in IT processes, especially user account management (e.g. Active Directory)
• Advantage: knowledge in program languages like PowerShell and VBScript
• Well-organized, team player
• Have strong communication skills, customer-oriented attitude
