Senior ServiceNow Developer

My responsibilities:
- Development and configuration of ServiceNow (e.g., workflows, integration, portal), troubleshooting software problems, identifying and fixing bugs
- Consulting internal teams as an expert for ServiceNow functionality & best practices
- Automation of business processes and operational tasks
- Reviewing and approving code and providing regular project status and updates.
- Participating in code reviews and quality assurance activities
- Programming and coordinating with external partners, leading and mentoring junior/medior developers
- Supporting existing ServiceNow developments, patch and upgrade management for the platform
- Quality assurance and source code management, contributing to the overall success of the software development team
The knowledge I own:
- 3+ years of Lead Developer / Architect or several years of ServiceNow Development experience
- Deep knowledge of software development (JavaScript, etc.)
- Excellent English language skills
- Experience in Agile software development and design
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
Highly recommended:
- Experience in ServiceNow in at least 3 of these areas: ITSM, ITBM, ITOM, HR, Integrations, Service Portal, Application Development
- ServiceNow Certifications (CSA, CAD, CIS)
- Experience in ServiceNow development (client/server-side scripting, AngularJS, Flow Designer) is an advantage
- Knowledge of ServiceNow reporting (data model, dashboards, Performance Analytics) and/or ServiceNow functionality (ITSM, ITBM, Custom Apps, Mobile App, Portal, integrations) is an advantage
